Terms of service
Last updated October 20, 2026. Live Studio is a production tool run by The Digital Third for its own shows and the shows it produces.
Use
Use Live Studio only for shows you are allowed to produce, and follow the rules of every platform you stream to, including YouTube's Terms of Service. Don't use it to stream anything unlawful or that you don't have the rights to.
Our software
Live Studio’s code, design and layouts belong to The Digital Third. Using the service (as a guest, viewer or producer) doesn’t give you any rights to it. Don’t copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or rebuild it, in whole or in part, or feed it to software or AI tools to do so, without our written permission.
Accounts you connect
When you connect a YouTube account, you confirm you are allowed to manage that channel. Live Studio acts only on what you ask it to do; you're responsible for the broadcasts you create and stream.
No warranty
Live Studio is provided as is. Live streaming depends on networks and platforms outside our control, so we can't promise a stream will never drop.
